OUR PROCESS

Communication is the number one root to problems during a project. Our solution is having daily communication and taking careful notes with the homeowner whether in person or via email. This is later translated electronically through our online task system to all workers involved. Another issue is when the homeowner lacks the visualization of the end product. This is solved through communicating visual designs and computer design 3D models along with a detailed, written scope. This way you can catch design errors and make changes before the project is even started. This process has also proven to cut down on wasteful loss in time due to “unforeseen hiccups.”

We strive for Quality Craftsmanship and hold our standard high and above the norm. This is achieved by working with some of the best Craftsmen in the Twin Cities that have been vetted through and finely selected over the past ten years. We also go through the project several times a week looking for errors and corrections to assure our high quality standards.

Cleanliness is important to us. We understand that a construction project, due to the mess it generates, makes most people think twice. To hold our professionalism high, we have set up Cleanliness Guidelines for all our workers to follow and meet in order to treat your property and you with the best of care.

We also are capable with helping you in these areas:

  • Insurance Claims: (hail, wind, ice, fire and water) We have a great deal of experience in dealing with insurance companies, auditing the process, and making sure the insurance pays for all items so that your claim doesn’t become an added financial liability to you or receiving anything less of what you deserve.
  • Loans: We are a licensed and insured company that has much experience in helping homeowners streamline the process between you and your lender. We also work with our lenders of choice that are more than willing to work with you.
